If you no longer wish to retain the candidate profile that you have registered against a particular customer of Tribepad, you can delete your own account very easily.

Please login to your profile and select ‘Settings’ which is located in the top right-hand side of the page, you will be presented with your own ‘Account Settings’ page.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see an option that says ‘Delete this Account’, a pop up will appear asking you to enter your password to confirm the deletion request.

There is a grace period (the time between your deletion request and the request being processed) and this is set by each individual customer.   Grace periods are implemented to allow job seekers the opportunity to change their mind about the account deletion.

Once you have selected to delete your account, you will receive an email asking you if you are sure that you would like to delete your account (this is part of the grace period process), if you do change your mind, select the link within the email or go back to the settings page on your profile.

If you are sure that you would like to delete your account, you will receive a ‘final’ account deletion warning ‘X’ (X is defined by the customer) amount of days before it is actioned, at this point it will be your final opportunity to change your mind, if you decide not to change your mind, the account will be deleted.

If you would like to know what grace periods have been set, you will need to contact the customer directly so that they can set your expectations.
