We would like to introduce you to the new candidate ‘Application History’ icon. This replaces the old ‘duplicate’ icon, which our customers told us was confusing. Based on feedback this will be much more simple to understand.
The icon will be shown in two colour formats:
- Green – Other Applications are completed Amber – Other Applications are still in process
The order of other applications will be grouped together with each group ordered by the most recent date of application;
- Hired at the top
- In Process will be shown in the middle
- Other (Withdrawn or Rejected) at the bottom
You will also be able to see the action taken against the most recent application, for example if an Applicant was moved from New Applicant to Shortlist status.
The Applicant Mini profile will show the status changes against each application made, along with the Recruiter Name, Date and Time.
You will only see this icon if you previously saw the old D icon. If you did not have this icon and would like it turned on then please have a chat with your Account Manager and they will be more than happy to assist.
