The Manage Tool is used to configure the ATS for each of our customers, it is a completely separate platform to your ATS and requires a different URL and login credentials.

Providing access to the Manage Tool does not provide access to the ATS, access to the Manage Tool is generally restricted to a certain type of user or set of users, much like a Superuser.

A Superuser is usually a colleague or colleagues that know the most about the ATS, has received training on the Manage Tool and has taken ownership of certain tasks for example;

  • Creating new ATS user access aligning to the correct user access rights.
  • Editing existing ATS user access.
  • Creating new Manage tool access aligning to the correct user access rights.
  • Editing ATS generated emails so that they align with your organisation’s communication style.
  • Adding or Editing Hierarchy.
  • Adding or Editing ATS content (e.g adding new business units to choose from during the job creation process).

Manage Tool access uses 2 Factor Authentication and you will need to follow the relevant security steps to gain access (once you have been set up as a user).
