To access Insights you will first need the following
- A Tribepad account & password
- Access to reporting granted by your organisation’s system administrator
Accessing from Tribepad
You can access Insights from Tribepad by selecting the MIS option on the Reporting menu.
This will sign you in without the need to enter username, password and brand.
You’ll need to enter your verification code next.
Note – If you’ve not set up your 2 Factor Auth verification you will be prompted to do so. You can still email yourself a code.
Accessing from outside Tribepad
For users that only require access to Insights and rarely use Tribepad they can access Insights at the following link > https://insights.tribepad.com/auth/login
To log in, please use the same email address and password as you do for the Tribepad platform, then add your brand.
You’ll have to complete the Two Factor Auth verification to gain access.
If you’ve not set this up then follow the on screen instructions when prompted. You’ll need to install Google Authenticator app on your phone. Scan the QR code and the save the details when prompted.
Note – If you’re unable to install Google Authenticator on your phone then you can email yourself a verification code.
Session time is limited to 30 minutes of inactivity.
