When a candidate selects the option to delete their profile from the ATS, they will receive an email much like the example below.

The candidate will need to select the link as highlighted in order to proceed and confirm the deletion.

In some instances, the URL link that the candidate has selected hasn’t worked correctly and this is because the full stop at the end of the URL link, has been incorporated into the URL link itself, rather than being a separate full stop at the end of the sentence.

What should I do if I receive this type of query from a candidate?

The first thing that you will need to do is check the link within the email to ensure that it has been entered correctly (i.e. without a full stop incorporated into the URL itself).

In order to check the e-mail, a user with the correct understanding and access rights to the Manage Platform will need to log in and select the ‘Emails Manager’ from the ‘Platform Configuration’ Menu.  The user will need to locate the relevant email (named: Deletion Request Grace Period) and select ‘Edit’, at this point a pop up will appear with the email content allowing the user to check and amend the URL details if necessary.

If the full stop has not been incorporated into the URL and you have exhausted all other potential causes, please contact ‘tribepad@support.com’ providing as much information as possible, including screenshots, examples and user email addresses.   This will help the support team to replicate the same experience and find a solution as efficiently as possible.
