Each time you have contact with your candidates outside the system, you’ll need to log some details about your conversation, so that you have an audit log and your colleagues can see that you’re working with the candidate.
Notes and tasks can be assigned to an individual job seeker or multiple job seekers. To add a note, job seekers need to be selected in the ATS and the Add note option selected:
Viewing selected candidates
One Job Seeker
To view the recipient, click on the 1 button. Click on the job seeker name to view their Candidate Overview.
Click X to close.
Multiple Job Seekers
To view the recipients, click on the <no.> button. Click on a job seeker name to view their Candidate Overview.
Job seekers can be removed from the list by clicking the X alongside their name.
Click X to close.
Add Note
Ensure the Note button is selected and type the note you wish to add:
Add Task
Click the Task button and type the task you wish to add. Use the date selector if you want to add a Due date:
Add or Cancel
Click Cancel to cancel the note or task and exit.
Click Add to assign the note or task to the job seeker’s profile(s).
If adding a note or task to one job seeker, the ATS will be displayed.
If adding a note or task to multiple job seekers, a review pane will be displayed. You can click on a job seeker name to view their Candidate Overview.
Click Close to close the review pane and exit.
When a note or task is added to a job seeker, a note icon will be displayed against the job seeker in the candidate list. Hovering the mouse over the icon will display the number of notes and tasks assigned:
Recruiters will be able to view the notes and tasks in the Candidate Overview.
Note: Job seekers are not able to see the notes or tasks that are added to their profiles.
