In order to gain access to the ATS for the first time, you will need to select the ‘Forgotten Password’ option.
This will allow you to enter in your email address (the email address you enter should be the one that was used to set up your ATS account by the Tribepad customer that you are working with).
You will receive an email allowing you to select a link and set your own unique password, at this point, you will be able to log in to the ATS using your username and your new password.
If you enter the wrong email and/or password you will see a message and will be prompted to try again, after 3 attempts, your account will be disabled for 15 minutes.
Once you have logged into the ATS you will see your Jobs Dashboard. See My Jobs Dashboard for more details.
