If you would like to provide an Agency with access to your ATS, please use the following guidelines.

  • Log in to the Manage platform.
  • Select ‘ATS Users’ from the top navigation bar.

You will be presented with the User creation page.

  • Select the drop-down menu next to ‘User Role’ and select ‘Resourcing User’.

The ‘Sub User Role’ will menu below will become available.

  • Select the drop-down menu and select ‘Agency’.
  • Against ‘First Name’, enter the agency users first name.
  • Against ‘Last Name’, enter the agency users last name.
  • Against ‘Username’, enter the agency users work email address.
  • Against ‘Email (Profile)’, re-enter the agency users work email address
  • Against ‘Company Name’, enter the Agency name.
  • Against ‘Password’, enter a password of your choosing.
  • Against ‘Confirm Password’, re-enter the password from step 10.

Although you have entered a password, it’s best to let the Agency create their own password for Data Protection purposes, they can do this by selecting ‘Forgotten Password’ the first time they try to access to the ATS.

Here is an example of the above steps:

At this point you can scroll all the way to the bottom of the user creation page and select ‘Create’.

An Agency user will only be able to see jobs that you share with them and candidates that they upload against the job that you share with them.

You can easily identify agency candidate’s by the ‘A’ icon against their application.
