Job seeker CVs can be emailed to any valid email address. To email a CV, job seekers need to be selected in the ATS and the Email CV option selected:
A CV will be generated using the information stored on the job seeker and attached to an email. If the job seeker’s original CV has been uploaded, this will also be attached.
To create the email, type the email address into the To: box. Add an Email subject and a message. If you want to format the message text, use the options located above the main text box:
Attaching additional files
Use the Upload files button to attach files to the email. If you want to remove the attachment, click the red x:
CVs attached
The number of CVs attached will correspond to the number of CVs attached to the email. Each job seeker will have a Tribepad generated CV attached. If original CVs have been uploaded, these will also be attached. In the example below, the Email CV option was selected for a job seeker who has uploaded their original CV, so 2 CVs are attached:
Attach questionnaires
Click on the Attach questionnaires tick box to attach any questionnaires completed by the job seeker(s):
Un-tick the box if you do not wish to attach questionnaires.
Send or Cancel
Click Cancel to cancel the email and exit.
Click Send to send the email and exit.
When a job seeker’s CV is emailed, a CV Sent icon will be displayed against the job seeker in the candidate list. Hovering the mouse over the icon will display the email address and sent time:
Note: Job seekers are not able to see the emails.
