How do I share a job with another colleague?

Question:

I have tried to share a job with my colleague but I don’t seem to be able to, what might be wrong?

• If hierachy levels have been assigned within Tribepad, you will not be able to share a job with a colleague that has been assigned to a different hierachy level to yours.   Allowing them access to your level of Hierachy will mean that your colleague can see every piece of information that you see within Tribepad.

• Alternatively, you may only share a job with a colleague that has user access to Tribepad.
