When reviewing a report within Insights, if you have selected to magnify your computer screen quite considerably, this can affect the ability to be able to use your cursor and select the Filter Options within the ‘Custom Fields’ tab.
Please reduce your screen size to a maximum of 100% and this should resolve any issues.
