Question:
I’ve forgotten my Password, what should I do now?
- There is a forgotten password option where you would normally login to Tribepad. You will be prompted to provide your email address, the email you receive will allow you to reset your password.
- If you do not use an email address to log in with, you will need to provide your username instead.
- If you select the password reset option multiple times, you will need to use the most recent email that you receive, any prior emails will no longer be valid.
Question:
Tribepad isn’t accepting the signup email that I have chosen, what might be wrong?
- Please make sure the email address that you have chosen is valid. At present Tribepad does not accept apostrophes within email addresses.
Question:
The signup email address I have entered isn’t being recognised?
- If you have access to the Administration/Manage tool, you can check your sign up credentials within there.
- If you do not have access to the Administration/Manage tool, please speak with a colleague who does so that they can check your sign up credentials.
Question:
I have tried to login to my account incorrectly too many times, what should I do?
- The ATS will keep your account locked for atleast 15 minutes. Once this time has lapsed, try again.
- If you still cannot gain access, select the forgotten password option to reset a new password.
- If you still cannot gain access, speak to a colleague that has access to the Manage tool so that they can check your account credentials.
- Once all of these options have been exhausted without success, please contact support@tribepad.com, providing your user details and a full explanation of all steps taken up to that point.
