The Jobs Dashboard will be displayed when an agency user logs in, the only jobs that will be visible to an agency user are the ones that have been shared with them. The agency user will only be able to see candidates that they upload, they will not see candidates that have applied to the role via a job board or directly.
. The following information for each job post will be displayed:
- Job Title
- Job Category
- Location
- Date Posted
- Expiry Date
- Applicants

Browsing
To browse through the list of jobs, the agency user can click the page number icons or the forward/back buttons. To change how many jobs are listed on the page, the agency user can click on the Results per page dropdown and select the required option.
Search for a job
To search for a job, the agency user can type the search term or reference number in the Job title /Job ref no text box and click the Search button.
Viewing Job Details
To view details of the job, the user can click on the title of the job they wish to view. This will open the job description:
Clicking the Jobs Section icon will return the agency user to the Jobs Dashboard.
Viewing Applicants
To view applicants, the agency user can click on the number of applicants in the Applicants column for the job they wish to view:
This will open the New Applicants stage in the ATS for the selected job post:
From here, the agency user can view and process their applicants. You can click on each tab to see the candidates you have in process at each stage.
