This is ONLY for internal job seekers, if external accounts do not require verifying they will not receive this email. This email is sent before REG01 if verification emails are configured to be sent for internal candidates.

SPA03 – Job seeker created in Admin tool

Note: To generate the email the Email User: checkbox must be selected when creating the job seeker account:
