A connection between a candidate and a hiring manager allows for easy messaging and communication between the two, much like a contact list. A hiring manager can connect with a candidate from the ATS if they have applied for a job. Click on the candidate’s name to view their profile then click ‘Connect’:
All of the people the hiring manager or jobseeker is connected to are displayed on the Connections page. Click ‘Social’ and then ‘Connections’ to access it.
