A questionnaire can be added to a job post so that a job seeker must complete it when they apply for the job. Click the ‘Jobs’ drop-down and then ‘Questions’ to create individual questions.

There are many different types of questions for Hiring Managers to use. Radio Buttons, Checkboxes and Drop-Down Lists can have a  multiple answer option, which can be added in the choice text-box with an appropriate score value. To create additional choices, simply click the plus sign.  Single Field and Text-Area Box only have a single correct answer.

‘thumb up’ or ‘thumb down’ option can be added to signal that the job seeker has chosen either a correct or incorrect answer. A ‘required question’ cannot be left unanswered by the job seeker and a ‘killer question’ can be added which cannot be left unanswered. The job seeker’s answers can also be set to only be visible to selected managers only.

A questionnaire needs a name and description. Additional questions can then be added:

Once the questions are chosen and displayed they can be edited for specific requirements.
