Once the job is posted after clicking ‘Next’, the hiring manager has the option to add an interview date. On the next screen, interview dates can be added for this job. The plus sign inserts more dates to be filled in, and the subtract sign takes away the interview date form.
It’s important to pay attention to the number of slots an interview has as this determines the number of people that are allowed to book this interview date. The hiring manager may wish to hold an interview for many people at once, or one person at a time. For example, if an interview has 2 slots, then no more than two individual candidates can book that interview time.
Some jobs may require the candidate to pass multiple interview stages, this is where Interview Stage is relevant. The maximum number of interview stages is 5. Specifying a full and correct address is essential for the jobseeker to see where the interview is, as it will be displayed on the job post map:
