Using the CV Search functionality, hiring managers can source candidates for current or future jobs.
Click on ‘CV Search‘ from the menu.
There are multiple ways to search for the ideal candidate:
- Boolean search: You may use keywords or phrases in the search bar at the top. Simple and concise.
- Faceted search: Can be found on the under the ‘Refine Your Search’ title on the left side. You may wish to filter results by exactly what you are looking for eg. availability
- Semantic Search: When searching for a job, semantic search will search similar job titles to that of your search query.
These searches can easily be mixed with one another in order to find the perfect candidate:
