Before posting a job, hiring managers have the option to use ready-made job templates to load pre-created details for certain jobs. To create a job template click ‘Jobs’, then ‘Job Templates’:

 

 

 

 

Templates are arranged in order of date and the number of jobs posted using the template is also displayed.

A new template will need a title and specific job-post information entered. This information can be locked to make it unchangeable by any other hiring manager that may decide to use the template. This is represented by a blue padlock:

Each job can have a questionnaire attached to it, and each questionnaire is made up of a set of pre-created questions; find out more further in this manual.
