A candidate can be rejected within the ‘Application Tracking System’ (ATS) by selecting the candidates tickbox and selecting reject from the ‘settings drop-down menu’. Their application goes to the separate ‘Rejected/Withdrawn’ ATS that can be viewed clicking the Rejected & Withdrawn button:
A candidate’s application can be marked as Withdrawn from within the ATS by selecting the candidates ‘tickbox’ and selecting withdraw from the ‘settings drop-down menu’:
the hiring manager can offer candidate(s) the job by clicking Offer Job from the ‘settings drop-down menu’
