On the dashboard, we see that 3 people have applied for the HR job, click on the value (highlighted by the red arrow) to be taken to the ‘Application Tracking System’ (ATS).
This is the ATS and we can see that 1 new applicant has applied for the job and 2 Interviews are booked:
