To create an email template, click the Create Email Templates icon.
An email template requires a title, email subject and email body. The email banner image is optional. When sending bulk emails the user may only want to personalise each email with the recipient’s salutation, first name and surname. The reusable tags are {$recipient_firstname}, {$recipient_surname}, {$recipient_salutation}. When these tags are used in the email they will be replaced with each recipient’s salutation, first name and surname. The tags can be used many times in the email template. Once the email template has been finished, click the Save button at the bottom.
