Once candidates have been shortlisted, managers can complete a CV Feedback questionnaire to provide additional review information, and suggestions as to whether the candidate should be rejected or considered for progressing further.  The CV Feedback  questionnaire can be used to record why you are shortlisting a given candidate for your job.  This could be useful for any future auditing, but also useful for informing other managers why the candidate was progressed or otherwise rejected.  You can decide what questions are in your CV Feedback  questionnaires.  You simply select the CV Feedback  questionnaire when you are creating or editing your job.

Creating your questionnaire

You create a CV Feedback questionnaire in exactly the same way as you do any other questionnaire.  Simply select the “CV Feedback” option in the “Questionnaire” drop down

Then follow exactly the same process as for creating any type of questionnaire.

Selecting the questionnaire

Once you have created your CV Feedback questionnaires, they will be available to select  from when you are creating and editing your jobs.   Simply click on the “CV Feedback” drop down and select your questionnaire.

Completing your CV Feedback questionnaire

Once candidates have been shortlisted  you can complete the “CV Feedback” questionnaire against each candidate.  You will see another questionnaire icon to the left of the candidate’s Shortlist questionnaire icon.  To complete a CV Feedback questionnaire, simply click on the red questionnaire icon.

The CV Feedback questionnaire that was previously created and assigned to the job will then appear.  Once you have completed the questionnaire, the questionnaire icon will turn green.

You will also see that you can click on the Shortlist questionnaire and review why the candidate was shortlisted.

Submitting the CV Feedback

One the manager has completed their CV feedback and filled out any necessary CV Feedback questionnaires, they can submit the feedback to the recruiters.  To submit the feedback to the recruiter, the user will simply click on the “Submit CV Feedback” button.  The recruiter will then receive an email informing them that the feedback is ready for review.  Note that the recruiter will be able to see the feedback before officially being submitted, the submission is for auditing and alerting purposes only.

Once the feedback has been submitted, all completed CV Feedback questionnaires will have a tick against them.  Any candidates submitted where the CV Feedback questionnaire was not completed, will show a black questionnaire icon to signify that it was submitted without completing the questionnaire.
