One-click apply is essentially a way to shorten the application experience for candidates.

Here’s how it works –

 

  1. Click to apply for job from the career site – get presented with the registration form which contains the one page application configuration against a vacancy.

In this case:

  • Job title
  • Account details (name, username and password)
  • Mobile phone number (NOTE: This field is configurable)
  • Address (NOTE: This field is configurable)
  • Pre-screening questionnaire (NOTE: This field is configurable)

2) Once complete, click the “Create my account” button to complete your application. You will now get presented with the “Congratulations” screen and your application will now be submitted ready for review.
