How to insert rich media (videos) into your job adverts

, ,

When you’re advertising your vacancy, why not enhance the advert by inserting a video?  (or multiple!) Show your potential applicants exactly what ‘a day in the life of’, or a special introductory video from your people team, on why it’s great to work for your business. You can insert these at any of the Job Description stages, ie ‘Package Description’, ‘Job Introduction (Internal)’, ‘Job Introduction (External)’, ‘Main Responsibilities’, ‘The Ideal Candidate’, ‘About the Company’ – These will then be shown to your candidates applying who will gain a greater sense of what working life is like with your business.
