From within the ATS, you can now view exactly what your candidates have completed at a glance, enabling you to make a decision on their application without having to check through each mini profile.
From within your Jobs List, select your vacancy then click through your applicants number.
Underneath each candidate name, you’ll see a series of coloured dots –
These dots represent the different stages in the application process, and the colours inform you what stages have been completed, and what have yet to be actioned –
Orange = the candidate has skipped that stage
Grey = the candidate has reached this stage, but has not yet completed the actions required
Green = completed
