Tribepad supports both linear and branching questionnaires.  So you can create simple questionnaires, where the same questions follow for every candidate (linear), or you can tailor questions for candidates based on an individual’s answers (branching).

There are several areas of Tribepad where you can make use of our questionnaires module.  What’s more, they can be used for asking questions to your managers as well as your candidates.  The areas include:

1) Candidate pre-screening questionnaires – ask specific questions for each job to help screen your applicants

2) Job campaign questionnaires – for recording information like budget, reasons for advertising or anything  you like

3) Shortlisting questionnaires – for providing more detailed information as to why you are shortlisting a candidate

4) CV feedback questionnaires – for providing  more detailed feedback to managers on each shortlisted candidate

5) Interview feedback questionnaires – for recording interview results for managers to review

6) Offer feedback questionnaires – for providing any information related to your offers

 

Creating your questionnaire

You create a questionnaire in exactly the same way as you do any other questionnaire.  All you need to do is select the type of the questionnaire in the “Questionnaire Group” drop down

Then follow exactly the same process as for creating any type of questionnaire.

Selecting the questionnaire

Once you have created your questionnaires, they will be available to select  from when you are creating and editing your jobs.   Simply click on the relevant questionnaire drop down and select your questionnaire.
