About Forums

The forum is a message board that is public for all users to view and interact with. They can be found in the ‘social’ drop-down menu. The Forum page displays the current discussion categories. If there is a new thread post in a category then this is marked in the Unread Threads column. You may also wish to search the forums by simply entering in keywords in the search box on the right side of the screen.   [IMAGE OF SEARCH BAR OR SEARCH PAGE]          

Inviting Candidates to Apply for Job via CV / Resume Search

Candidates are retrieved based on the search keywords and various search criteria  that are used to refine the search. In this example, with the keyword Chef the system matches 1 candidate. Click on the candidate’s name to view their profile. A candidate can be invited to apply for a job via their profile, they can be invited to one or several jobs. Once selected, the candidate will then receive a message that they have been invited to apply for a job.    

Tagging Candidates

Candidates can be tagged via CV Search to enable hiring manager to group candidates with similar traits. Click on a tag to see which candidates have been previously placed under that tag. CV / Resume Searching

Using the CV Search functionality, hiring managers can source candidates for current or future jobs. Click on ‘CV Search‘ from the menu. There are multiple ways to search for the ideal candidate: Boolean search: You may use keywords or phrases in the search bar at the top. Simple and concise. Editing / Closing a Job Post

To edit a job post, click on ‘Jobs’, then ‘View Jobs List’, find the job title on any of the tables and click on the Edit icon: The process for editing a job is identical to adding a new job. Reject/Withdraw/Offer Jobs to Candidates

A candidate can be rejected within the ‘Application Tracking System’ (ATS) by selecting the candidates tickbox and selecting reject from the ‘settings drop-down menu’. Their application goes to the separate ‘Rejected/Withdrawn’ ATS that can be viewed clicking the Rejected & Withdrawn button: A candidate’s application can be marked as Withdrawn from within the ATS by selecting the candidates ‘tickbox’ and selecting withdraw from the ‘settings drop-down menu’: the hiring manager can offer candidate(s) the job by clicking Offer Job from the ‘settings drop-down menu’  

Adding Notes to Job seeker’s Profile

To add a note onto a job seeker’s profile, click ‘Note’ from the ‘action drop-list’ and enter the note’s content in the pop-up window. Jobseekers are not able to see the notes that are added to their profiles: Once the note is ready, click save to add it to the Jobseeker’s profile. Hiring managers will be able to view the notes once they view the candidate’s profile.    

Emailing Candidates

To send a general email to a job seeker, select ‘Email’ from the ‘settings drop-list’ and compose the email in the pop-up window. The email is sent to the address the jobseeker used to register their account: The hiring manager has the option to send an email to the candidate(s) informing them of any changes of their status. Inviting Candidates for Interviews

The hiring manager can invite one or more candidates at a time for an interview. Viewing Candidate’s Answers to Questionnaire

In this example, there are 3 new applicants. The green icon for ‘Lucy’ shows that they have passed the questionnaire, the red icon for ‘Freddy’ shows that they have failed a killer question, and the grey icon for ‘Charlotte‘ shows that the questionnaire has not been completed: To view Freddy’s answers, click on the red icon.
