From within the ATS, you can now view exactly what your candidates have completed at a glance, enabling you to make a decision on their application without having to check through each mini profile. From within your Jobs List, select your vacancy then click through your applicants number. Advanced Filtering of Candidates within the ATS It’s often a very time consuming task to prepare your shortlist when you have a high volume role.  That’s why we created Advanced Filtering to help you save a load of time, so for example, you can easily filter against all candidates who have completed their pre-screening questionnaire and have also passed all the killer questions in that questionnaire. Reject/Withdraw/Offer Jobs to Candidates

A candidate can be rejected within the ‘Application Tracking System’ (ATS) by selecting the candidates tickbox and selecting reject from the ‘settings drop-down menu’. Their application goes to the separate ‘Rejected/Withdrawn’ ATS that can be viewed clicking the Rejected & Withdrawn button: A candidate’s application can be marked as Withdrawn from within the ATS by selecting the candidates ‘tickbox’ and selecting withdraw from the ‘settings drop-down menu’: the hiring manager can offer candidate(s) the job by clicking Offer Job from the ‘settings drop-down menu’  

Adding Notes to Job seeker’s Profile

To add a note onto a job seeker’s profile, click ‘Note’ from the ‘action drop-list’ and enter the note’s content in the pop-up window. Jobseekers are not able to see the notes that are added to their profiles: Once the note is ready, click save to add it to the Jobseeker’s profile. Hiring managers will be able to view the notes once they view the candidate’s profile.    

Emailing Candidates

To send a general email to a job seeker, select ‘Email’ from the ‘settings drop-list’ and compose the email in the pop-up window. The email is sent to the address the jobseeker used to register their account: The hiring manager has the option to send an email to the candidate(s) informing them of any changes of their status. Inviting Candidates for Interviews

The hiring manager can invite one or more candidates at a time for an interview. Click on the chosen candidates tickboxes (highlighted by the red arrow): You can select all of the applicants by clicking  the tickbox at the top of the list: The hiring manager can select which stage the interview is designed for (to learn about stages view ‘Creating Interviews’ in the ‘Job Posts’ category of this manual). If no interview slots exist, the hiring manager must create one after attempting to invite a candidate: The hiring manager must fill in the appropriate information ensuring they input the correct information regarding the Read more

Viewing Candidate’s Answers to Questionnaire

In this example, there are 3 new applicants. The green icon for ‘Lucy’ shows that they have passed the questionnaire, the red icon for ‘Freddy’ shows that they have failed a killer question, and the grey icon for ‘Charlotte‘ shows that the questionnaire has not been completed: To view Freddy’s answers, click on the red icon. Viewing Candidate’s Profile

A candidate’s profile can be viewed by clicking on their name:   Or to view the mini-profile, click on the mini-profile icon: And a small summary of the candidate will pop-up.

Managing Applications in the ATS

On the dashboard, we see that 3 people have applied for the HR  job, click on the value (highlighted by the red arrow) to be taken to the ‘Application Tracking System’ (ATS). This is the ATS and we can see that 1 new applicant has applied for the job and 2 Interviews are booked: To find out all of the features included in the ATS, click Next.
