Application Restriction Groups

Application Restriction Groups is a feature you can use to help cut down repeated applications from the same candidates, to the same roles. How to insert rich media (videos) into your job adverts

When you’re advertising your vacancy, why not enhance the advert by inserting a video?  (or multiple!) Show your potential applicants exactly what ‘a day in the life of’, or a special introductory video from your people team, on why it’s great to work for your business. You can insert these at any of the Job Description stages, ie ‘Package Description’, ‘Job Introduction (Internal)’, ‘Job Introduction (External)’, ‘Main Responsibilities’, ‘The Ideal Candidate’, ‘About the Company’ – These will then be shown to your candidates applying who will gain a greater sense of what working life is like with your business.

How to request ‘Right to Work’ (RTW) Checks within a Job Post/Candidate Application

If your ATS has the appropriate integration, it’s possible to request a ‘Right to Work’ check for your candidates in the application stage. Adding Tags To A Job Post

Adding tags can be found in the standard job editing functionality 0f Tribepad. The hiring manager must find the job they wish to include ‘tags’ from the ‘jobs’ menu and click the ‘edit’ button: **** The hiring manager will see the general job details. Editing / Closing a Job Post

To edit a job post, click on ‘Jobs’, then ‘View Jobs List’, find the job title on any of the tables and click on the Edit icon: The process for editing a job is identical to adding a new job. Viewing Interviews on Calender.

To view the calender either click on the calendar icon or click on the ‘Jobs’ drop-down menu, then ‘Calendar’ to view the interview slot(s) on the calendar. Clicking on the round icons displays a mini popup of the interview details: Fully grey icons mean that no candidates have booked an interview. Half grey/half blue icons means that some slots have been booked but not all, fully blue icons mean that all the slots have been booked.
