Viewing Candidate’s Profile
A candidate’s profile can be viewed by clicking on their name: Or to view the mini-profile, click on the mini-profile icon: And a small summary of the candidate will pop-up.

On the dashboard, we see that 3 people have applied for the HR job, click on the value (highlighted by the red arrow) to be taken to the ‘Application Tracking System’ (ATS). This is the ATS and we can see that 1 new applicant has applied for the job and 2 Interviews are booked: To find out all of the features included in the ATS, click Next.
To view the calender either click on the calendar icon or click on the ‘Jobs’ drop-down menu, then ‘Calendar’ to view the interview slot(s) on the calendar. Clicking on the round icons displays a mini popup of the interview details: Fully grey icons mean that no candidates have booked an interview. Half grey/half blue icons means that some slots have been booked but not all, fully blue icons mean that all the slots have been booked. Once the job is posted after clicking ‘Next’, the hiring manager has the option to add an interview date. On the next screen, interview dates can be added for this job. The plus sign inserts more dates to be filled in, and the subtract sign takes away the interview date form. It’s important to pay attention to the number of slots an interview has as this determines the number of people that are allowed to book this interview date. To create a new job post, click on ‘Jobs’ and select the ‘Add New Job’ option. You can either start fresh or select a pre-made template, which means the fields that were entered and locked in the template will be loaded into the job post. The salary text-field helps the system match candidates to relevant jobs. In addition, it can be used to show job seekers something alternative, such as ‘Competitive’. Once a questionnaire has been saved, it is possible to attach it to a new or existing job post. To insert a questionnaire, the hiring manager must edit the job post Select the chosen questionnaire in the ‘Questionnaires’ drop-down list. The necessary steps must be taken to republish the job post again.
A questionnaire can be added to a job post so that a job seeker must complete it when they apply for the job. Click the ‘Jobs’ drop-down and then ‘Questions’ to create individual questions. There are many different types of questions for Hiring Managers to use. Radio Buttons, Checkboxes and Drop-Down Lists can have a multiple answer option, which can be added in the choice text-box with an appropriate score value. Before posting a job, hiring managers have the option to use ready-made job templates to load pre-created details for certain jobs. To create a job template click ‘Jobs’, then ‘Job Templates’: Templates are arranged in order of date and the number of jobs posted using the template is also displayed. A new template will need a title and specific job-post information entered. This information can be locked to make it unchangeable by any other hiring manager that may decide to use the template. From the dashboard the hiring manager can search for potential candidates using the candidate search – they can also instantly view the latest tweets and applicants for job posts. A small summary of the most recent active job posts can also be found at the top of the dashboard. To see all jobs, including all closed jobs, all expired jobs and all shared jobs, click ‘Jobs’, then ‘View All Jobs’ from the main menu:
